Judge Timothy A. Register: Professional Background and Legal Expertise

Hon. Timothy A. Register is a judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He was elected to the bench in 2016, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of his father, the Hon. Allen L. Register (Ret.).

The 14th Judicial Circuit includes Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, and Washington Counties. Register has held assignments in Bay, Holmes, and Washington Counties.

He completed a J.D. at the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

His father presided as a judge for the 14th Judicial Circuit Court for fifteen years (2002 to 2017).
