The Hon. Steven G. Rogers is a judge for the 5th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He was elected to the bench in 2012 and re-elected in 2018.
The 5th Judicial Circuit encompasses Citrus County, Hernando County, Lake County, Marion County, and Sumter County.
Prior to his election, Rogers served as a judge for the Marion County Court, a position to which he was named in 2005. He also taught business law as an instructor at the College of Central Florida.
Rogers earned a J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 1995.
He was named Judge of the Year by Justice Teaching (2016).
Rogers was born in Tallahassee, Florida.
