Biography

The Hon. Arabella C. Campbell is a hearing officer for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Hillsborough County. She was appointed to the bench by former Chief Judge Ronald Ficarrotta in 2015.

Campbell has held an assignment in the Domestic Relations Division of the Unified Family Court.

Prior to her appointment, she was an assistant attorney general with the Florida Attorney General’s Office since 2010.

Campbell earned a J.D. at Seattle University School of Law in 1984. She was admitted to practice in Florida in 2009.

Her memberships have included the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
