The Hon. Courtney D. Boehm is a judge for the 8th Judicial District Court of Kansas. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Jeff Colyer in December 2018, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Martiza Segarra.

Prior to her appointment, Boehm was in private practice alongside her husband, Joshua, at their law firm, the Cottonwood Law Group, in Hillsboro since 2016. She was elected the County Attorney for Marion County the following year. Before establishing her law firm, she was an assistant public defender in Salina (2012 to 2014) and practiced at Brooks & Dame.
Boehm received a B.S. from the University of Kansas in 2008. She then completed a J.D. at Washburn University School of Law in 2012.
Boehm and her husband, an assistant city attorney for the City of Manhattan, have one son.
