2020 Order Setting Case Management Conference, state:
A. Description of the Nature of this Case: This is a personal injury case arising out
of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on February 14, 2017.
B. Claims _and_ Defenses: Liability, causation, permanency and damages are
disputed. Additionally, Defendants have raised six (6) affirmative defenses.
Cc. Statement_as_to whether the case is at_issue_within the meaning of Rule
1.440(a), Fla. R. Civ. P., and is ready to be set for trial: This case is at issue and is ready to be
set for jury trial.
