MOTION TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE
Plaintiff, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by and through its
undersigned attorney, moves this Court to cancel the foreclosure sale set for July 11, 2019 and states:
1. On May 24, 2019 this Court entered a Final Judgment of Foreclosure pursuant to which a
foreclosure sale was scheduled for July 11, 2019.

The foreclosure sale of July 11, 2019 needs to be canceled to allow time for su r-in-interest
review, therefore pursuant to the mortgage rules promulgated by the Consumer Financial
Protection Bureau, as codified in the provisions of 12 CFR § 1024.41, Plaintiff is obligated to
seek a cancellation of the scheduled foreclosure sale in order to comply with the purpose and
intent of the binding regulation.
