ORDER DISSOLVING WRIT OF GARNISHMENT This cause came before the Court on a duly-noticed hearing on the Claim of Exemptions filed and served by Defendant, Paul D. Thompson, on September 3, 2015, and the Court having reviewed the Claim of Exemptions, having reviewed the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Writ of Garnishment in which the Defendant alleged that property to which the Writ applies is jointly owned by the Defendant and his wife as tenants by the entireties, having heard the live testimony of Defendant Paul D. Thompson, having determined that the Defendant is the head of his household as defined in Section 222.11, Florida Statutes, and that the Plaintiff failed to establish that the property to which the Writ applies is not jointly owned by the Defendant and his wife as tenants by the entireties, having heard the Plaintiff concede at the conclusion of the testimony that the Motion to Dismiss is well taken and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it hereby isORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Writ of Garnishment directed at PNC Bank hereby is dissolved.
