COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, SHELBY RAINES, as Proposed Personal Representative,
of|the Estate of LEE J. RAINES, deceased, and Defendants Liggett Group LLC and Vector
Group Ltd., by and through undersigned counsel, pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure
1. 250(b) and other applicable law, and hereby stipulate and give notice to the parties and the
court that Defendants Liggett Group LLC (“Liggett”) and Vector Group Ltd (“Vector”) are
voluntarily dropped as parties from the above-captioned action (the “Action”), with prejudice.
Plaintiff voluntarily dismisses any and all claims in the Action as against Liggett and Vector,
with prejudice, and each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
