Hawking by Juliana Lefebre, D.O., TeamHealth Holdings, Inc., Christopher Aguilar, APRN, BayCare Medical Group, Inc., and Inphynet Contracting Services, LLC, and their employees or agents, and/or any person, entity or healthcare provider governed by Chapter 766, Florida Statutes, who may be liable for injuries sustained as a result of the care and treatment provided, and as grounds therefore would state that the Florida Statutes provide for an automatic ninety (90) day extension to which petitioner is entitled as of right. WHEREFORE, pursuant to Section 766.104(2), Florida Statutes, and so that reasonable investigation as required by Section 766.104(1), Florida Statutes, may be completed, Petitioner petitions this Court for an automatic ninety (90) day extension of the statute of limitations.
