        the Motion,

                    ORDERS that:

                    1        The Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Judicial Sale is GRANTED.          The judicial sale

         scheduled for May 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. is CANCELLED.

                    2        Counsel who submitted this proposed Order to the Court for approval is required

        to serve a copy of the signed Order upon any person not registered to receive service via the e-
