Plaintiff, TRUVIEW MOLD, LLC a/a/o BRUCE & KARYL KAUFMANN (the “Plaintiff”),
hereby sues Defendant, NATIONWIDE INSURANCE COMPANY OF FLORIDA, (the “Insurance
Company”), and alleges as follows:
PARTIES, JURISDICTION & VENUE
1 This is an action for damages that does not exceed Two Thousand and 00/100
Dollars ($2,000.00), exclusive of interest, costs and attorney’s fees.
2 The Plaintiff is a Florida company and assignee of BRUCE & KARYL
KAUFMANN (the "Insured"). A true and correct copy of the partial assignment is attached
hereto as Exhibit “A”.
3 The Insurance Company is a Florida corporation qualified to do business in Florida
and has, at all times material hereto, been conducting business in Polk County, Florida.
4 Venue is proper in Polk County, Florida because the contract, which forms the
subject matter of this lawsuit, was executed in Polk County, Florida.
