Hearing Journal Entry Casey Clark called the court to inquire if she could be removed from the instrument and said that her attorney told her that DCS is out of it and she should have her kids back. I informed her that her DCS case was still open and that there was also a guardianship open and informed Casey of both hearing dates and times. She insisted that I needed to remove her from the instrument and that If I would just tell Judge he would know what she meant. She informed me that she was going to call her attorney since I wasn't understanding what she wanted. -- BD |
